Payment method

ADVANCE PAYMENT:

After completing your order, you will transfer the full invoice amount to the account mentioned below. We will send you the ordered goods as soon as the payment has been received on our account (please note that transfers – also online – usually take 1-2 business days).

When making your transfer, please make a note of your name and indicate your order number as the purpose of use. Please use this account exclusively for payments “prepayment”. You will find the account details for the “Invoice” payment method on your invoice, which you received by e-mail.

CREDIT:

After placing your order, the invoice amount will be debited from your card. For payment, you will need your card number, the expiry date, the printed name, your security code (CVC or CVV) and, if necessary, your identification for Verified by Visa or MasterCard Secure.

PAYPAL:

After completing your order, you will be redirected to a PayPal page where you make the payment. For this you need your PayPal access data.

IMMEDIATE TRANSFER:

After completing your order, you will be redirected to a Sofortüberweisung page where you make the payment. To do this, you need your online banking PIN and a transaction number (TAN).

INVOICE:

In cooperation with Klarna, we offer you the purchase on account. The purchase on account is free of charge for you. The use of the invoice payment method requires a positive credit check. Your personal data will be treated by Klarna in accordance with the applicable data protection regulations and in accordance with the information in Klarna’s data protection regulations Germany/Austria.
The ordered items will be delivered to you on account. Until full payment, the goods remain the property of samus.de LOGISTICDEPO GmbH. The delivery address, the house address and the billing address must be identical and be located within Germany. The invoice amount is due upon receipt of the invoice.

If the invoice has not been paid 14 days after the invoice has been issued, you will receive a reminder. The resulting costs (reminder fee € 5.00, 5% interest on arrears) will be charged in addition to the outstanding sum.

DEBIT:

In cooperation with Klarna, we also offer you payment by direct debit. If you use the direct debit payment method, your account will be debited after the goods have been shipped. The time of the debit will be communicated to you by email from Klarna.

INSTALLMENT PURCHASE:

In cooperation with Klarna, we also offer you the installment purchase. You can pay for your purchase with flexible monthly installments and, if necessary, choose higher installments at any time. Or you just pay the full amount. The installment purchase requires a positive credit check and is available from a value of 15, – EUR. CASH ON DELIVERY:

For cash on delivery (only possible within Germany and certain EU countries), an additional € 0.00 cash on delivery fee and € 2.00 transmission fee for Germany, € 5.00 transmission fee for EU countries will be charged.
