Saypha Filler (1×1.0ml) by the manufacturer Croma Pharma GmbH is an aesthetic product for adding volume to specific facial areas such as nasolabial folds, marionette lines, lip contour and volume, cheek contour, deepened facial scars, tear trough and eye areas such as crow’s feet.

The composition is a hyaluronic acid gel matrix mixed with stabilising mannitol, with a concentration of hyaluronic acid 23mg/ml and mannitol 3mg/ml. The pack contains 1 syringe of 1.0ml. The filler is used with a 30G needle. The filler does not contain lidocaine admixture, but there is a version of the filler (Saypha Filler Lidocaine (1×1.0ml)) which contains lidocaine at a concentration of 0.3%.
