PBSerum HA Medium (1×1.5ml)

Contents: 1x pre-filled syringe with 1.5ml hyaluronic acid, 1x vial with lyophilized enzymes in powder form, 1x vial with buffer solution

PBSerum Medium consists of collagenase PB220, lipase PB500 and lyase PB72K. It contains twice the amount of lipase and a proportion of lipase and lyase. Its field of application therefore mainly relates to the resolution of triglycerides.

Indications:

• Fibrosis with fat accumulation
• Lipomas
• Lipolysis in general

Effect:

PBSerum MEDIUM acts differently than conventional lipolysis products. Instead of destroying the fat cell and thus causing a variety of unpleasant side effects, only triglyceride breakdown and fat burning in the treated area is stimulated. Thus, the fat cell shrinks, so that usually neither an unpleasant redness/ swelling, nor the typical pressure pain arises.

Although there is a risk that the adipocytes will fill up again, conventional lipolysis does not destroy all fat cells in the injection area. This means that these can again lead to an increase in adipose tissue in the treated area.

Advantages:

Fewer side effects

The usual side effects of lipolysis, such as long-lasting swelling and redness of the tissue, as well as the existing pressure pain, are omitted when treated with PBSerum MEDIUM. This is due to its special effect.

Since the enzymes are present in highly purified form and without impurities, the side effects are also very limited.

Virtually no risk of allergic reactions

Since neither PPC nor animal proteins are contained, the risk of an allergic reaction is virtually non-existent.

Works only where it should

Due to the substrate specificity of the enzymes, they only work where they should or with the desired substrate. too deep introduction of the product would have no serious side effects in contrast to deoxycholic acid.

Quick effect

Depending on the patient and indication, initial improvements can be detected after just a few days.

Simultaneous tightening

The additionally contained collagenase additionally tightens the treated tissue.
