SCULPTRA® – Booster effect for natural collagen formation.

Composition Sculptra®:

– A vial containing dry substance contains:
– 150.0 mg poly-L lactic acid,
– 90mg sodium carboxymethyl cellulose,
– 127.5 mg of pyrogen-free mannitol

Visible skin aging is closely related to the gradual loss of collagen in the skin, and with SCULPTRA® you are fighting the wrinkles! Sculptra® stimulates the formation of new collagen fibers. Through a treatment with Sculptra® your face gradually regains the elasticity of previous years and the skin appears youthfully firm again.

During treatment with SCULPTRA® poly-L lactic acid is injected into the skin. This stimulates the formation of endogenous collagen by the connective tissue cells of the patient/patient. This will restore lost volume. The connective tissue receives new elasticity, the signs of facial aging are corrected.

SCULPTRA is suitable for volume building of sunken areas, in particular for the correction of skin depressions such as lines, wrinkles or scars as well as for the treatment of general signs of skin aging.

SCULPTRA is also used for large-area volume correction in the event of loss of subcutaneous adipose tissue (lipoatrophy).
